A good place to smoke my lights ?

can anyone recommend a good place to have my tail lights smoked ?
I think i want to have them painted and not tinted.
im in the los angeles / burbank area

You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??"
