Not sure if it will sell, but at least exterior/interior looks better than Ferrari Luce EV.

What made the original so special was the V10 engine...

So where's the V10 engine in the new one? Kudos. Looks great, but missed the point.

needs a V8 at a minimum, V10 ideally as that's what made the original so special. It looks great though.

There's nothing wrong with them making a high performance EV.

They shouldn't be recycling another product line name to do it.

It's complete and utter desperation to get people to adopt EVs on a mass scale. Nearly all manufacturers are so invested in it that they're willing to risk their best nameplates in order to have it succeed.

It won't, because it's not driven by consumer demand.

GR-GT will sell 10:1 vs the LFA all-electric.

The more important aspect of LFA, it is getting solid state battery pack. Toyota has been teasing solid state for over a decade.

Let's see. Screaming V10 vs quiet electric.

Yeah, no need to continue with that.

Beautiful car.
Better looking than the original.
If they built it, they will sell every single one of them!

Built-in drone and V10 sounds/vibrations are gimmicky.

The bolded sentences in your post feels like it sums up the entire EV market in some ways. All the car makers are balls-deep into this EV thing and it appears that it might not be the mutts nuts after all. This is what happens when Govt. mandates and "being held at gunpoint" attempt to drive a market that just isnt there. At least, not in the volume that they tooled up for.

Feels like a lot of money and profit is being lost here.

A car like the LFA needs an actual engine. No other option.

Look at what's been quietly happening with hydrogen behind the scenes. And there are other synthetic fuels that could replace petrol ICE.

It isn't an EV future.

I work in an oil refinery everyday. Gasoline/Crude is going nowhere in your and my life time!!!!! These places are spending huge money on upgrades and starting units back up that closed during Covid.

The car is good looking but if EV is so great why the vibrating seats and sound effects? The drivers door weird flex when it opened. I'm sure they'll sell, people bought the Cybertruck.
