Only when I go over a footpath break in the road when going in to under ground car park for example. It’s at low speed but it definitely wasn’t there before.
I’d check the strut top mounts and the anti-sway bar drop links. It’s definitely not a wheel hub because you’d hear it every time you turn.

Sorry for the multitude of questions but what’s the best way to check top strut mounts and drop links?

Have someone listen to the strut top mounts (center of engine bay strut towers) with the hood open as you turn the steering wheel. If you have an object like a small 1-2” thick piece of wood, you could place that in your driveway or a parking lot and drive over it while someone listens for the noise.

ASB drop links, with both front wheels (you can try it with one but the drop link will be heavily loaded due to the twisting of the ASB) and push-pull the drop link up and down as well as side by side. They should be quiet when you move them. You’re still running the stock suspension and springs, correct? If you’re lowered that can preload the ASB and the drop links won’t be 90 deg to their mounting bolts which can create noise and/or cause the drop links to fail.
