BMW U.K. Service Inclusive Package - Cessation of Availability
I’ve seen a BMW dealer email informing drivers that the Service Inclusive Package will no longer be available for purchase from the end of June 2019 and the option to extend any already existing package will also be withdrawn. Here’s the main part of the message text:
‘With the end of June fast approaching, so is the deadline for you to take advantage of our BMW Service Inclusive package*. As of 28 June 2019^ BMW will no longer will be offering this comprehensive servicing pack. Why choose BMW Service Inclusive? Because you want peace of mind, and BMW or BMW i Service Inclusive is the best way to get it. Knowing you’re covered for the next 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) means you don’t have to worry about any of those little bumps along the way, leaving you to focus on what really matters, the driving experience.’ What it doesn’t say in that content, but was elsewhere in the message is that existing owners looking to take up the offer before 28 June can do so at any point before the first service, subject to the end of June deadline. So, if anyone is interested it would be advisable to get in touch with your dealer without delay. I don’t know how it might affect those who have outstanding orders for a BMW, but your dealer should be able to clarify that point. |
