engine closing compartment

Good morning, I need help, I do not know if this is the case or not.
the problem is that it seems that the capo is open, there is a lot of separation between the kidneys of the plate.
I have noticed that the stops do not rest on the sheet. Can you see yours and tell me if this is the case?

Thanks, it seems that they are the same.
There are some rubber bumpers that are not emery of the sheet - have you seen it?

I have seen them and they are quite necessary since the hood needs quite some force to close properly.

I usually push down directly above the 2 latches about a foot back from the edge of the bonnet/hood, you definitely need to be more positive in closing it on the X1 than on other cars I've owned.
