Lumbar Support Issue

It seems in my X1, the lumbar support in driver's seat is not as firm or as effective as it is on the passenger's side. I requested it to be checked out during my first servicing, they said some leaks were there which have been fixed. But still it's the same.

Can somebody suggest what should be my next step to escalate this further anyway to BMW NA ?

I assume they have to take the back off the seat to service the lumbar. I would ask them to remove both backs and show you in person that they are working the same. If they won't do it, escalate.

My guess would be that they have not put enough air back into the system to replace what was lost initially...

I thought the system simply pumped air into the support from the atmosphere - just like pumping up a tyre - and likewise released it to the atmosphere.

Are you saying it's a sealed system, moving air from one place to another and back again?

I haven't got a clue tbh, it was an educated (or not!) guess
