help! any suggestions for my traffic court appearance tomorrow?

Well i got a speeding ticket in april of last year
and i've schemed my way into pushing it back
until tomorrow 1pm. Anyone have any suggestions?
I'm not so much worried about the fine
as i am about the points that will go on my license.
My record is clean. It was ny state police and
I must appear @ state office building which means
no plea bargaining. So just plead not guilty
and hope officer isnt present? if he is, what do
i do?

btw, ticket was speeding 82/55.

worst week too, cause my 330i is coming in 3 days!

when i had to go to court. you could say guilty, not guilty, or traffic school(the judge granted traffic school to one of the guys even though he already went like a month before...[here in california i think there has to be a year in between])

i got lucky and my officer was transferred so it got dismissed. usually the judge will tell you right away if there officer will for sure not come, if he doesnt say anything assume that your officer is there and see if you can do traffic school.

Online Traffic school is a joke. Takes 30 minutes. Go for traffic school if possible.

We dont have that option here in New York,
but turns out the officer did not show up!

:: CASE DISMISSED ::

Always plead not guilty and always
push back your trial date as far back
as possible.

traffic school in california, you've gotta wait 18 months before you can take it again.
