throttle mapping yes agree.
Trust me, M135i JB4 400+bhp and 450+ lbft responds much better with DSC turned off !!! :-)

That's because 400+bhp and 450+ lbft has the ability to overcome all available traction and will spin up the wheels most of the time on most public road surfaces. DSC will limit the power and torque to levels that prevent that loss of traction

Maybe so but my car's chassis is well fettled incl Quaife LSD - helps traction a lot and even with TC off it grips and goes

I drive always dsc off. I prefer it this way. I notice big difference when i leave traction control on. Its just annoying.

How about DTC? This mode pretty much disables the traction control, but leaves the stability control on. I think it works well for driving on public roads in slippery conditions, but I also use DSC Off all the time when I am on a track.
