F20 AC control unit from black trims to chrome trims

Hi,
So my AC unit is fully black with matte black surrounds (see in first photo). I would like to change the trims from the gloss black to chrome. I found the trims on Temu here.
Does anybody know if it's possible to only change those trims?

Regarding obtaining those panels in chrome trim, here they are:

So yes, it's possible.

The question was if it it's possible to only change those trims from black to chrome, not the whole unit. And if someone done it before, how?

Well, some elaboration for those who can understand but lacks attention: those control panels come trimmed as they are and must be changed as a whole. However, the control panels are separate from the units they are sets of buttons and knobs for, so there's no need to change those infotainment and climate control units, only these front ends. For example, Radio BMW Business CD comes as a single piece of the infotainment unit (the box behind the front panel) and it's front/control panel - should be changed as a whole (the front panel should be detachable but it isn't sold separately unless "second hand", perhaps).
