I'm back to tossing up between this and a 235.

I like the practicality of the hatch - given the family situation and all.

A vert would have one seat less, which would create difficulty, in addition to having lanky teenagers, who would probably find it torture on long trips.

But one thing I am intent on is having six turbocharged cylinders.

We just took our week old LCI on a 350km trip despite having other bigger BMWs in the fleet. I have installed a roof rack and bike carriers on it and it's great driving the M135i long distance. When I need to overtake someone it is completely fuss free! M135i all the way!

Is there a tow bar available for it?

I have a 4 bike Thule carrier that would be handy to fit on it, when transporting the velocipedes.

This is it - I also got the 4th Bike adapter.

Got it when we had the GL Benz wagon.
