JB4 + catless DP and servicing, experiences?

We're about to receive our M135ix and planning to install ER DP (catless) and JB4 to delete the CEL (IC as well but this is not an issue).
What do you guys do when the car has to go in for service? Unplugging the JB4 will cause a CEL and then this will show when they check the car.

What are your experiences? Do you leave the JB4 installed in the engine bay?
I actually don't see this becoming a problem unless a warranty issue presents itself.

Another option would be catted DP (but then I wouldn't fit the JB4 but BMS stage 1 instead)

I see a lot of you have catless DP's and JB4, but this does not seem to be an issue overseas as it is in EU. Any input and experiences would be appreciated.
