About Eibach Prokit Low spring

Hi guys, Recently i just bought a bmw f20, last weekend just install my eibach low spring pro kit,
but it dosent look right as the front is lower and the rear look like stock, just wonder know if it is like that, or
there is something wrong on installing.....

on the page say it drop 25mm front and 30mm on the back....this is not really 30mm...

need some help...thanks guys....

my car is 116i m sport? how can we tell whether is m sport suspension or normal?






after change to 19inch wheel...looks worst.....
