Arrow Pressure Fault Code 244D00 116d ed

Guys, I ran into a serious problem.
While the car is going at high speeds and high revs, it gives a limp mode and the exhaust part of the turbo burns very seriously in a diesel and original vehicle. Error code 244D00. While trying to fix the error code, the vgt mechanism of the turbo was warped from the heat. The turbo was revised again all parts.

What I did to troubleshoot,
Injectors tested, very good.
Turbo is mechanically in mint condition.
All of the exhaust manifold gaskets were replaced due to leakage due to heat. The result remained unchanged.
DPF is not clogged.
EGR and egr cooler all new
Intake manifold cleaned of carbon

Now my doubts are related to the N75 valve, will the n75 valve cause the error code I specified. Or where should I check, what should I do, I think I need your help and a free Ista program.

Yes a faulty N75 will affect the boost control and should be replaced.
If it is leaking vacuum to the actuator the boost will be too high.

As far as I learned, the turbo system is controlled not by vacuum but by electronic wastegate. On the only visible n75 egr system found in the car, is it an n75 belonging to this egr system or a valve controlling the turbo?
