Bmw Lease Question

Im currently leasing my car for 3 years which is up in one year. If I decide to re-lease for one more year, will they adjust the payments to the 26,000 that is owed or does the payment stay the same?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Before I got my new BMW, BMW financial contacted me and asked if I wanted to re-lease my car. They lowered the payments by $25.00 per month. But in the end I decided to go for a new one.

Thanks. Yeah, 25.00 is not really worth it. I figured they would ajust the payment to what was due on the car.

if you do a release directly with BMWFS your payment WILL change, and sometimes it will actually increase. Quotes are available within the last 60 days of your lease. I've seen some payment double or even triple. Just depends how your deal was originally structured and also how the resale for that vehicle is and how good of an estimate your original residual value was. I know all too much about it so if you have questions let me know.

I would definitely call BMWFS for a quote before your lease ends, some work out nicely, and others just aren't attractive at all to release.

Thanks, I just got my car to the way I like it and I just thought I would keep it an extra year. Thanks again for your help.

What if you want to purchase the car at the end of the lease. Would you have to take it back to the dealership and finance the rest? Or secure your own financing? Or do you have to pay cash for the rest of the balance?

To purchase it, you can do all of the above that you mentioned.
