Hi, anyone had problems with standard bluetooth sound in radio professional?

My phone connects sucessfully and I can see the contacts list , last calls etc... everything seems to work fine, but then I have no sound when making or receiving calls.

When making calls I can't ear nothing, when receiving I ear the ring but when I anwser can't ear nothing...

It might sound obvious, worth checking if the phone hasn't been accidentally set to mute.

I've tried with two different phones:

-nokia c5-00
-nokia c6-01

Both can connect sucessfully but no sound is available.
