12V under closed car

Hi
My car has no anti-theft and I would like to insert a blinking LED to make it look like there is an alarm.
to do this I need to find 12v that are present only when the car is closed with the remote control and remain in this state until it is opened again with the remote control.
is there any way to find this 12v?
My car has no accessories, no Central Information Display

thanks
besth regards

if your car has no accessories then its good news because nobody will steal it or parts from it,if you are worried about people breaking inside to hopefully find goods you left inside then i advise getting tints on all the windows and yes i know that under EU law the front windows must have a vlt of 70% window+tint but there are many tints that companies that produce tint light tints.

get the windows tinted,it will not only keep burglars away (no its not like an impenetrable wall but it is harder to snatch things from inside a car if it has tint applied on the windows) but it willl also help reduce the heat and make your car look nicer .Dont forget to go for good quality tint and i recommend getting atleast a metallized film installed

This is so nice. Why don't you simply attach a note like "Don't do it, please!"?

Just as a side note, are you reasonably sure it will work at all (aren't shy thieves an extinct species)? By the way, security systems that silently send an alarm signal to the owner or intruder handling specialists don't indicate that (to let the visitor stay for the appointment ) - lacking the indicator does not really prove the car is not protected (the true "clients" aren't expected to know that though ).

Are you sure it's all you need? Consider DIY threads like this one: DIY: F30 OEM Alarm Retrofit (320i/328i) or address alarm retrofitters, perhaps.

So it has the best theft protection, actually.

"Hopefully": making it hard to see there are no goods only increases those hopes/curiosity.

Tinted, really? Why so? The security (armour) films you appear to describe aren't necessarily tinted (if at all).

Why? Dark colours accumulate heat as everybody should know from school physics/optics basics. "Solar control glass is not necessarily coloured or mirrored glass."

Not necessarily: only by concealing your face, perhaps.

What made you think the extended ceiling light was mandatory? It doesn't look like you have to have the light package: in the configurator alarm is independent from it. Nor parts catalogue mentions a dependency:

This is too sad to be true. They appear to offer an OEM alarm retrofit for some cars. Yours is an LCI, I see. Feel free to check if they do suggest it's protected enough already (and you shouldn't worry that much, at the very least).
