Hi All,

I recently bought a 2015 125i (n20) and it seems that the previous owner has already replaced the thrust piece.

However, I wanted to replace it again because the knocking has returned, but I can't get the actual thrust piece out?
I've tried to pull it out as hard as I can with long nose pliers, but it won't budge.

Has anyone experienced this? How would I go about fixing this?
