Halogen to xenon headlight assembly conversion

So I drive an f20, 116d 2013 with halogen headlights but I am looking to replace the unit assembly with xenon ones. I have both headlights which are second hand and don’t come with any bulbs, ballast or modules.

My main question now is do I need additional wiring or gadgets to allow the headlights to function properly.
