If Checo would be replaced , then I have (2)! votes :

1- Alonso
2- Norris

Checo had multi-conversations with Horner and Marko .
Then Checo was isolated for 10 days with some psychological assistance training.
After that , he was running better . But he was beated (twice)! on the finish line ..
Yeah . Too bad . But he got another chance to prove himself in the 2024 season anyway.
It's very clear , Checo got a preferential treatment at Red Bull .

Bottas would be a slight improvement. I think he was let go from MB prematurely to make way for "Wonder Boy" Russell.

Honestly I don't hate or dislike Checo. But he is a pay driver just like Stroll and Latifi. I'd rather see some hot shot rookie given a chance. How else are you going to find the next Verstappen type.

Valtteri Bottas looks to me to have lost the fire. He went with Alfa Romeo because he wanted a 3 year contract and didn't want the pressure of one year contracts. It obvious that Checo has the fire.

I would love ALO to go to RB. Yes, we know him and Max get along great, NOT as team mates. Both Helmut and Christian have shot down the rumours about this. As far as Lando, close friends, just like Lewis and Nico, and we know what happened. How realistic can this happen, if at all is the question.
