Hello, I’m in need of some expertise if anyone can be of help.

I’ve got a f20 116d. Took it to the mechanic due to lack of power. Mechanic spotted stuck actuator and put it down to that. Had a brand new turbo fit, still have the same power issue. There is current going to turbo, no fault codes either.

Apparently boosts a little at low rpm and cuts out after 3000rpm.

Spoke to a auto electrician and he doesn’t think it’s electrical.

What could cause this problem?

It’s a b37 engine
