Angry 116d running bad low load

Hi!
I have bougt a F20 116d 2,0 from dec. 2013, 150.000km, as defective.
Diesel ran into engine-oil. Replaced hi-pressure-fuel-pump and that problem was solved.
Engine starts fine, but has a lot of misfires when running at light load / steady speed.
When engine is under load/accelerating it runs fine.
Idling and rev'ing the enginge in neutral is fine too...
No errors stored in EDU.
It has some engine-knocking under load up to 12-1500rpm.
When unplugging the air-mass-meter-sensor the engine without misfires - but still some knocking when it under load at low RPM's.
Replaced the air-mass-meter, but still same problem.
Do you have any idea?

Sounds like you solved the problem.

My best suggestion is to shift one gear down. Below 1500rpm there is no boost from the turbocharger.

I had to search how a diesel could misfire (there are no spark plugs). The first result has a list of suggestions as well: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-ca...re-in-a-diesel.

Ok - I will try do describe it in another way - the ingine behaves like it does not fire on one or more cylinders for a split-seconds when driving at a steady speed. When the car is accellerating there is no problem...
