That’s what she said.

So since the Niners have pwned the Rams as of late, I’ll pull for Stafford and Co. to get things done.

I know the Niners are a physical, tough team, well coached, etc. They just don't seem to me to be worthy of going to Super Bowl. But the way the Rams have blown leads lately not sure they are much better.

I would like to see either team win. Being in the Bay Area, I would like Niners to win but they need to step up their offense! If they get past Rams and meet KC in SB, they are in for a very tough challenge.

I don't even care who wins. I was watching those games on Sunday and the way the games went, I was happy for any of those teams to win and sad for the loser. Damn I say all 4 teams who played Sunday deserve to move on LOL. Highly entertained on Sunday! If you missed Sundays games, I pity you.

I just read that Sean Payton is stepping down as the Saints HC, the second longest tenure in the league. Is it any wonder after dealing with Covid, Brees retiring, Micheal Thomas' drama, QB revolving door, etc. I imagine we'll see him in the broadcast booth or studio show for a year and then perhaps back to another HC position in '24.

Could the fact that the Saints are $71 million over the salary cap have something to do with this?

Mike McCarthy will be on eggshells next season IF he isn’t fired beforehand. Jerry will trade a few picks for Payton and have him solidify the team.

He was Bill Parcel’s OC when he was the Cowboys HC.

Maybe, just MAYBE, Jerry will realize having total control over a coach won’t win Super Bowls? He and Jimmy clashed and they won together so Jerry might take a few ruffled feathers with Payton and give it a go. Again, anyone wanting him to coach their team starting in 2023 will have to give the Saints compensation.

Also on Rodgers, if he decides to leave he should stay in the NFC because he’ll have to deal with the four headed QB monsters of Mahomes/Burrow/Herbert/Allen. And while we’re on Rodgers, I cannot consider him an immortal here. He’s had not one, not two, but several disappointing playoff defeats, especially at home. He’ll get into Canton easily with his MVP’s but ask any Packers fan, they’ll think he underachieved with only 1 Super Bowl trophy.

I think everyone is assuming that it will be Rodgers' choice whether he leaves GB or not. I know the front office is saying all the right things to keep him happy but there's a reason they drafted Jordan Love. Wouldn't be at all surprised if they trade him whether he wants to go or not. They are $38 mil over the cap and he counts $46 mil against it. They trade him for a journeyman QB and some high draft picks, they could be on the way back up in a short time. Still a fairly talented team without Rodgers. But I don't think ANYONE thinks Love is the answer....very poor draft choice.
No matter what, I don't think the Packers will let him stay in the NFC.

You would think that Aaron would have learned something from Brett's drama/power play. I would love to see Green Bay trade him to the Bronco's, Texans or Redskins.

Not sure what kind of no trade clause Rodgers has, but he would never willingly go to Houston. Denver or Indy would be pretty attractive I would think.

My comment was more about sending Aaron to Siberia for his diva behavoir. I think that Denver getting rid of Von Miller was a sign of resignation and the Texans are a trainwreck with their QB situation being the most obvious problem. The Colts are married to Wendt for another year unless they can realize their mistake and Green Bay would never take him in a trade unless it included a truck full of draft picks.

Thought he was already there?

Actually kinda what I was thinking about as far as Packers taking a journeyman QB and a lot of Draft picks. Carson would be ok for a year.....then draft a replacement.

Raiders mentioned quite a bit as well with Carr being the throw in QB. I happen to think he's pretty good.....too good for a throw in.

Giants confirming they aren’t going after Deshaun Watson. Good choice as he’ll cost them their two first round picks this year and more. Plus, the Giants have no cap space to even afford Watson. But I’ve said this more than once, they need to bring in two more QB’s to compete with Glassman Jones.

The Colts would be good for Aaron Rodgers as that team is stacked but have a very questionable QB in Wentz. I think they’ll try hard to move him but I still think if Rodgers goes to the AFC, he won’t see super bowl again.

I don't think he is leaving.

Also I've seen a lot of quarterbacks play (I'm 42) and Rodgers is the most talented I've ever seen (and it's not even really that close).

Most of his losses have been due to everyone but him.

I don't think the Rams or 49ers are really Super Bowl teams. That being said, it's really all about being able to win a few games.

This isn't the NBA….the best team doesn't always make the Super Bowl. Anyone can beat anyone in the NFL in a one game series.

The Packers would have rolled the Rams. They probably beat the Niners 8 or 9 times out of 10 if they played….but thems the breaks.

I personally don't think even being a 1 seed matters that much anymore.
