Changing Region without ConnectedDrive

Bought my F20 (2012) from Japan. Need to change the navigation map to my region (East Africa). How do I sort that out without using ConnectedDrive? Driving over 5,000km across 5 countries to South Africa isn’t an option.

You can the region using patch method or ordering conversion kit from BMW. Unfortunately, your country isnt supported in the maps released by BMW so it would not help. Best option is to use aftermarket solution to get maps
