New bulbs installed!!!
Well, after doing some "DIY", I finally installed the dipped beam and main beam. (High beam h7 and DRL lights are on its way). Conclusions: Dipped Led lights are AMAZING and true white! H7 bulbs MTEC 12v 55w are just clear, but not so white like leds one. Do you know if exists leds for H7 main and high beam? |

@mikeysix- could you update the opening post with direct links to the exact products required to do a full upgrade? i think that would help most people in what to order

Mikeysix; Im very curious on the DRL lights you said earlier in this thread that you would test.
Are you still happy with your new Dipped (H7) and sidelight? Still no error messages on the OBC? Im going to order the ones above tomorrow Thanks! |

I have now fitted these:
CANBUS H6W 433c 9 x 5050 SMD LED ERROR FREE BULBS Every now and then I receive Parking Light error message. Any idea why as it's suppose to be error free? |

Ive had it once or twice too mate. They are the best you are going too get. Lots of bulbs claim to be error free but turn out not too be. Led's can be a pain in the arse when it comes too retrofitting without the correct coding as all the resistors are doing is tricking the canbus system. Led's run on a much lower voltage so now and again the car might identify that. When my message pops up its only for a second then its away again. Small price to pay for much nicer looks!!

To save LED Can Bus issues I've gone mainly Mtec super whites.
So H7 Dip Beam... (Make sure you order H7 not H1) http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/mtec-12...upgrade-bulbs/ W21W DRL http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/mtec-38...t20-7440-pair/ H6W Sidelights http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/mtec-h6...bs-sidelights/ These give a crisp white light. The H7's are an upgrade but not as good as the 100% better lights from Osram and Philips but they are good enough and look a lot better. For main beam I've gone for Osram Nightbreaker+. Again these are H7 and best bet is ebay. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/OSRAM-H7-N...item4cf203795e To get rid of the orange reflection in the indicator and as the Supewhites give a slight blue reflection in the main lights I've ordered some Osram Diadem indicator bulbs. I'm still waiting for these to arrive. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PY21W-OSRA...item3cb9a7d9db Will post some photos up once I get the Diadems fitted. Cheers Lee |

Thanks a lot guys! I've just swapped mine over and must say they look fantastic!
Spent just over £30, took 1hr 20mins for me to fit (having no knowledge at all of how to) Here's a before and after of the Daytime Running Lights! Here's also a look at the Sidelight + Dipped beam |

They look very nice when lit. Only thing is when the lights are off i can see this blueish colour on the bulbs. Isn't that somewhat distracting? Can anyone post a photo with lights off at daytime please?
