Strange problem with air conditioning

Hi. I can't solve this weird problem.

No hot air comes out on the passenger side, even when the driver's side is very hot. The maximum temperature is 25 degrees on the passenger. Selecting the manual button in red doesn't change that.

No cold air comes out of the driver's feet. After a few minutes, the air in this region starts to heat up, but the front air continues to cool.

What could be causing this problem?

Thank you gentlemen for your attention.

I would guess (and it looks apparent) some of the "flaps and shutters" are stuck.

I thought about it, but don't want to disassemble the entire panel.
Would it be necessary or do we have access without disassembling?
