I am having trouble finding the fuel filter on my
BMW F20 I118 20016 year model petrol.
I have looked at videos on Youtube but when I undid the cover panels under my car there is no fuel filter in the location under the driver's side of the car.

Is the filter integrated into the fuel tank or does it have a hidden location?
If it is located in the fuel tank, is it a separate unit or integrated into the fuel pump?

Fuel filter is in the tank they say. It seems integrated into the "supply module" (adjust car selection to yours, notice BMW calls your car "118i", not like you do): https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=16_0871.

I had the same problem and even bought the one Autodoc said was fitted under my 2014 116i.

So as said, it's in the tank.
