The ''Weissach'' rear axle set up, I have it on my 928S also and it's a different driving experience on those US mountain roads..get back onto town and suburban roads and it's just another car.

You have rear wheel steering on a 928, or you have a lightweight axle?

Rear wheel steering is just the moving ''toe in'' on the particular rear wheel to combat over-steer in extremis.

So your 928 has active actuators that move this during driving?

not sure if it was mentioned but the Turbo S lightweight went 2nd fastest overall at pikes peak this year. it beat out a track only GT2RS clubsport that came in 3rd.

however in the other cars defense the conditions were not favorable this year. production car record is still held by a bentley continental gt.

I would be totally happy with a regular Turbo.

Yup. The toe in happens depending on the pressure on the tyre, the more the cornering force the more it toes in to prevent o/steer.

Doubtful if you can't put the power down in the turns or during braking.

Is that san marino blue? Man sometimes I keep seeing all these blue builds and regret the green. That oak forest green better be sick in person.

I'll do you one better, I'd be happy with a 911 GTS with the twin-turbocharged 24-valve flat-6 (with smaller turbos and less boost).

0 to 60 in 2.8 seconds (which ain't slow!)

And I could get it in a 7-speed manual.
