Not sure if they still do this but if you order a burger to go "Monte style" you'll get a single patty w cheese, no seasoning, cut up into small pieces for the pup. The girls there really liked the little guy and used to spoil him rotten.

Thanks guys, we got back on sunday night, had a great time. Unfortunately we didnt have time to go to Au cheval, despite my best efforts. But we definitely enjoyed the city and will be back soon! I appreciate your feedback, especially BEM-S4, thanks a lot!

Just for others who may come across this Next is apparently doing an Alinea retrospective for the rest of the summer. With wine supplement you're looking at $500 per person depending on when you go - the price of a ticket floats ie Tuesday early is cheaper than Saturday prime time - but if you've got the scratch I'd highly suggest checking it out. Menu can be a little hit or miss based on personal preferences but this one promises to be special.
