Yea - we found a larger farm that is the 'retirement' property that can also be a family compound if/when our parents and the brother in law come to stay for any extended period of time. We'll eventually sell the current place once I've made some updates and get everything moved.

We are looking at another 5 acres across the street from our foundational property. They rarely come up and when they do the pricing is ridiculous.

Yea - this one is about 15 minutes due north of my place now. 8 stall barn with water and septic separate from the house. 30 +|- acres (22 fenced). This will be the first time I don't have to set a single fence post when I move in. Lol.

It adjoins a 100 acre tract that was set to me used for an aviation community…but guy died and his son is sitting on the tract. I'm hoping to make nice and see if I can snag another 20 acres or so…

Sidenote: I got my 1st Pfizer on Thurs. My shoulder got sore about 2 hours later (15:00). Just massaged it some, and put a massage gun on it right before bed. Was fine by 9am Friday
