Seatbelt and Bimmercode

Hello everyone,
In my F20, the passenger seatbelt does not give any signal. Neither on the dashboard nor through the alarm. According to the previous owner, they had it deactivated at a garage. I wanted to restore it to its original state. I bought the Veepeak OBD adapter and used the Bimmercode app to confirm that it was indeed deactivated. I adjusted the settings, but in the end, nothing changed.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
My car is a 2012 120d Sport.
