Bmw f20 from pre lci to lci headlights led xenon

Hi I once some time ago did a conversion
With the help of a chap called don on my one series Bmw f20 2013 with the headlights being halogen to the new lci led headlights
Like a plum I never took pictures of anything like whatís he did with the wiring
Coding
This time round Ive bought a 118d 2015 pre lci once again front smashed in
All ready now got my self a pair of complete headlights led and over the weekend Iím looking to have a go at getting the wiring part sorted
Any light on what sort of pins will need moving around
Will be taking pictures this time
On the plus side my brothers car is a m sport 2018 with led manufactured
So I will be taking pictures of his connector And then comparing the two
If anyone can shine some light on This as Iíve had so many messages since my first project that it would Be nice if thereís was a write up on how to go from pre lci halogen to Lci xenon

Now I need to find out which pins from the halogen will need moving around

Progress so far
So pin 1-2-3 stay the same no change to these at all

Pin 8-9-10

Pin 8 is your lin1
For driver side you get your yellow black cable from fem body in the passenger side footwell on the left you take the pin out and put it in plug 54 it will be empty

Pin 8 on your passenger side in the fem module would be colour yellow red trace this out and put this in pin 53 this slot will also be empty

As for you kcan h and l pin 9 & 10

What I did I took the back of my cdplayer unit off,
If I remember it's pin 9 & 13 yellow red and yellow brown cable I just spliced them and took connections for them for my headplug plug 9 & 10

Voillaaaa that's the wiring done

Now it's just the coding

Reading up what to do now to have this sorted but believe u me it's looking sikkkkk

Not bad for an upgrade both headlights slightly used for 400 quid

If you liked my work so far send us a thumbs up

I just finished upgrading my F20 headlights to LED ones, face lifted my car. If anyone needs help feel free to message me. They look sick. I couldn't find any information out there except this. [IMG][/IMG]

Message me on Instagram if you need help because I hardly reply on this, if you are in the UK I can also do this conversion for you. Just get me the headlights and facelift front bumper. My Instagram is emrebuilds.

Hi guys, Looking to do the full LCI upgrade on my car - Just wondering if anyone can share any information on the rear tailgate.

Having the Pre Facelift 2014 model the lights are different. I understand that I need to change the complete rear bumper and purchase the boot lid with all the rear lights. However, I'm not sure how to wire the lights that are on the new tailgate? can I wire them directly into the rear lights by tapping into the power?

If anyone can provide me with this info or 10 minutes of your time that would be amazing!!
