Looking for this aluminum part

Hello friends,
Can anybody help me with the name of this "m" aluminum accessory located on the door sides? I know this comes with M package, but maybe I can find it to retrofit

they are called "door sills"
You can most probably find them seperately.

I think its "FRONT ENTRANCE COVER" with partnumber 51478051037, same number for both sides. It also lists some Clips specifically for the M-version: 51471840960. Amount used: 8. Price for the cover? No idea, but the clips should be just a few cent.
