2015 116d carplay

So, the other day I was coding my f20 with bimmercode, I wanted to code the head unit to but it gave an error. The error said that the head unit wasn’t in its original state. I bought the car second hand so I don’t know what was retrofitted to it. Its a NBT EVO ID5 infotainment system, is there any possibility that I can look up the things that are installed in it?

According to https://www.bimmer-tech.net/blog/ite...cic-nbt-nbtevo, NBT EVO with ID5 was introduced in 2016, so the retrofit looks likely.

Try https://bimmer.work/, stick your VIN in and it will give you information about the original spec of the car.
