Help Please Audio Problem

Hi, have the standard i drive, aux and USB. For some reason when I use iPod or iPhone the volume at start up is non existent also when selecting an album I can only play one track, it doesn't run through the album. Thank you for your help.

HI there the my mini had the same problem they reset the i pod and it re-synced the player with the car.I think it depends on the version of the i pod.Mine was an i touch 2nd generation.
