Looking for M47 engine cover PART

Hi all,

I was recently looking to see why my engine cover was vibrating and realised one of the bolts is missing to hold it in place. When I took the engine cover off I realised the bolt holder is worn which means it wouldn't be able to secure an Allen bolt in the engine cover in the first place. I am unsure what the part is called and cannot find it anywhere online, any help? This is what it looks like:
