I prefer xxxtra flamin hot cheetos myself. Pringles are also decent. But really... Just give me some tortilla chips and some good spicy salsa and I'll make the contents disappear.

Proper Salt and Vinegar chips are God tier snacks and sandwich accompaniment. Kettle Chips or Cape Cod.

Has anyone tried those Voodoo chips from Zappos? They're weird but really good. I always order them with my Potbelly sandwich I have once a month...

Of course! Zapp's chips are a staple down in the dirty south. I just had a small bag of Voodoo last week with a sandwich. The place makes their own ciabatta and toast the sandwiches very nicely.

You mentioned chips and salsa above. I think I ate my weight in those last week along with some queso.

ZAPPS have huge displays at our grocery store - I don't buy them because they are so good…

… the tortilla lime chips from traders are also ridiculously good.

Let me tell you about the past month.

I've been slowly but surely chomping away at the original Funyun bag I bought nearly 1 month ago. I'm happy to report I've eaten 2/3rds of the bag by now.

Some observations:
- I've come to realize that in small quantity (VERY SMALL QUANTITY) these Funyuns actually satisfy that original craving I had.
- They actually taste decent good once you're prepared for the salt intake.
- I can't eat more than maybe 3-4 rings per day.
- I still need to try rebekahb's suggestion of pairing the Funyuns with an ICEE. I hope to accomplish that with the last 1/3rd of Funyuns remaining.

PS - I bought some Cheetos the other day. Delicious. My cat begs like a dog so she got some too. Apparently she loved them.

The chip clip is one of the greatest inventions. Crisp is maintained even 1 month later.

I've used binder clips as a substitute. They work well.

Ya, what the heck 5 pages??? I didn't know what Funyans are, don't think they sell them up here. Anyway, I was worried about the quality since OP didn't have them for 10 years and you know those lousy companies always find ways to save $ but switching to inferior quality ingredients, etc.

How were they, OP?

My first taste after 10 years I was overwhelmed by the saltiness. I couldn't stand it. Now, a month later and still working on the same bag... I've come to enjoy them in very very small quantities.
