for the past 8 years, the 1M has been my only car, daily driver, family car, winter car, everything. My 6yo was picked up from the hospital in it, and he gets dropped off to school every morning in it. I am not a collector or investor—and I'm not saving my favourite car in the world for just nice days. Every day is a nice day!

I've loved every single day with it!
99,000+ miles on it now.

Love the car, man!

So happy to see a 1M actually being driven, as opposed to being stuffed in a garage for only "good" days. I actually like to see nice cars being driven. There's some dude around my house, who never drives his Ferrari. His daily is a Ford F150.

Our 6yo has yearly pics in the e85 Z4. No ruler yearly height check for him we use his seat pics for that record. His first pic was at 3mo while installing the sparco seats and loves going to school in it. I did get our 128 for winter though. My work uses way too much salt in the parking lot to subject either e85/86 to.

i cannot imagine living that "store for the future" lifestyle. in my work I regularly see 20-somethings whose lives are flipped upside down by cancer—-so I decided to not waste any days! I feel the same as you!

Somehow I do understand people keeping their cars in the garage and driving according their needs let's say but other side of me just says drive it as more you can regardless of what. So it's a 50/50 and whatever you guys do with your cars it's up to each one of you. BMW M cars are made to be driven. With more or less mileage they're. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences.

Hey Man, wanted to publicly thank you for your detailed PM. My Buddy will pick up his E85 this upcoming week.

Awesome. No worries at all. Was meaning to check in to see how it went for him. Gotta make sure he joins on here to post some pics least on the Zpost section.
