Unhappy Headlight vertical aim control failure

Hi, I recently got the "vertical aim control failure" warning light in my dashboard. I am trying to do the fix my self as it will cost 1500$ to get it fixed at a shop. I know what to do in order to fix it, but there is a screw I cannot get to. I am trying to avoid having to remove the headlight, and it should be possible to get the TMS unit out without having to do that. The screw is stuck behind the fram as you can see in the picture https://ibb.co/Lk6TjSS. Does anybody know how to get to that screw, it is the only thing stopping my plan right now.
