i must say wow. those are some awesome pics. did you use a tripod? are you using a filter on the lens to make the lights do the star burst effect?

Thanks alot man, No I wasnt using a filter at all, I had a circular polarized filter on it earlier that day since i was at the aquarium and was taking shots through water and glass but i took it off for those night shots. And oh yea i had tripod for sure.......i dont have a lens or body with IS nor can i hold a camera that still for that long haha.
