Question regarding aircon and PDC
Hi all,
Got my F20 now just one month and I have to following questions; 1. Can the airco temperature be adjusting with a single button instead of two. My SEAT Altea XL use to have a dual function for this. 2. When I reverse and PDC warning turns on and I stop. How can I cancel the beeping sound?

2) You can't turn it off as long as reverse is engaged!

Ok, but if I switch to 1st gear the PDC does not stop beeping.

Correct. But you can also turn off the signal by pressing the pdc button (off). At least my F12 works like that, haven't tried it on the F20

Yeah, strange. I test drove a 118d recently, I couldn't work out how to make the beeping stop either!
It must be one of those "features" to encourage you to spend more. |

Can't you turn if off using the iDrive?
Seem to remember seeing an option to the left while the screen is beeping? |

That is not very clever from BMW. You should be able to stop the beeping.
I am glad I ordered PDC at the front because I have a button to stop the noise

Had a play on the drive tonight, I was wrong, there is no way to turn it off unless you have front PDF
