The front brake is 380 mm from an F10 M5, and rear is also 380 mm but from a Panamera.

The rotors he later changed out.

Yes, this is the new iDrive Touch Controller.
I like it a lot, especially the handprint character recognition works very good and makes it much easier to enter an address into the satnav.
You can also zoom in and out in the map but that's someting which works equally good with the wheel.

After five months I still keep turning the knob the wrong way when I'm zooming. Maybe I'm alone in this, but it seems really counterintuitive to turn it the way it's set up for zooming.

I was doing this, but once I recognised its just like a bolt thread it become intuitive.
Righty tighty
Lefty loosy.

Yes, 'tighten the bolt' to zoom in, right? That would be intuitive, but it's the other way around and that's why I keep turning it the wrong way. If I turn the knob to the right (clockwise) then I zoom out.

Not sure.... I believe you have to order the Navigation Professional to get the Touch Controller.

My first post on this forum now i've bought an m135i - picked up a couple of weeks ago. (after 13 years of STI's and EVO's).

Here's a shot on the first nice drive - waiting for the Sackville Ferry (Sydney).

Had a great drive up Macquarie pass today = FUN.

Cheers - Scott

When you go to make a post click GO ADVANCED (instead of "submit reply") then click on the "paper clip" tab in the menu and attach your pics direct to Bimmerpost.com

Make sure your photos are NOT larger than 400Mb for best posting results.

Way too much HDR processing on these pics IMO. I like the look of the rear spoiler though.
