We took advantage of the Owners Experience at the M Performance Driving school in Spartanburg, SC. This is available to all who purchase a new BMW in 2021 and is a 2 hour course that is designed to allow owners to drive multiple M vehicles around a track and also an off-road course in an X5 (which is coming in part 2). Worth the 2 hour drive from Charlotte from us, and a cool road trip. One other item I learned is that if you are ordering your X7, they can deliver it in Spartanburg with a similar experience alongside of putting you up in a hotel.
