But those here who have served might be able to better enlighten you. Or perhaps the current boy toy. Just a longstanding joke amongst the military. Oddly, I'm not aware of the Marines coining anything back...which I would have thought they might. Oh well. |

For sure. we do The crayons taste pretty good mixed with the jalapeno cheddar in the MRE's. But really, everything tastes better with MRE jalapeno cheese. Add in tabasco sauce and it's a delicacy.

I was wondering how the sharing of addresses would work.

Is there a price limit? I’m poor, you know. If you’re all worried about addresses, can’t you sent and receive packages from a postal store, like a UPS store?

In the Israeli Defence Force they are called Manat Krav. Which means, combat meal. They aren’t that bad, after you get used to them and are hungry, that is. You’re usually to busy and on alert so much, that food kinda becomes something that you just want to wolf down and get over with. The only thing I really didn’t like was the tuna. For me, it’s pretty hard to make tuna taste good. It is really nice though when you don’t have to eat them anymore and you can eat what you want.

Yep those were good times, unfortunately that ship has sailed. It was goats that we donated. A few of us still do a secret santa thing but it's a small group from the old days.
