Hi guy,
I have 1 series F20 with NBT head unit. Thanks a lot shawnsheridan again for E-Sys Package.
I was flashing ECU from f020-13-07-503 to f020-22-11-510 and then some error happen with HU_NBT and KOMBI ecu, Instrument cluster isnt working now. SWDeploy, IBAdeploy, BLFlash were executed complete, except CDdeploy.

Firstly, you chose a completely wrong forum: this one is for site related questions, not car related questions. Just like with E-Sys, it's best to read (look around) before you write.

You should ask specific questions about cars on dedicated forums. Not necessarily your car forum (the F20 forum is quite dead now), but populated compatible model forums as well (it looks like "F020-*" software is for F20/F21/F22/F23/F30/F31/F32/F33/F34/F35/F36/F80/F82/F83/F87 models?), like this one: https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...6#post28028606.

Also, there is a correct/efficient method to address/mention a forum member here. Start with an '@' (no quotes) and type in until you can choose from the suggestions list: shawnsheridan will now be notified you tapped him ("on the head" ).

Regarding your "timeout" errors. Usually they mean either a connection failure or a complete failure to process your request. You seem to be going steep (a true expert ) from "13-07" straight to "22-11", especially as F20 is out of production since 2018/19(?). Are you sure your hardware is compatible? My wild guess is you could try a closer gap version to start with ("start a long journey with a short step" they say ).

Thanks for your information. I was solved this "timeout" errors. I upgraded the media and reverse camera with a module purchased from the amazon. That's why HU_NBT can't get response from ECU.
I have removed the module and everything can code normally.

Retrofits do stand in the way of coding: for example, if you have an "upgraded" infotainment head unit you need to revert the retrofit to code your ("whole") car, reportedly.
