His parents decided not to press charges, and said that they believe their son has mental health issues.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

Loll only in India (I say this as an Indian myself).
There's too many spoiled rotten folks there. What makes it extra saddening is how there's so much visible poverty in the country. Imagine how many empty stomach's could have been filled for the cost of that car...

The guy was given a BMW for his birthday and he was so upset it was not a Jaguar he pushed the BMW into a river. I am assuming he did it because Jag is now owned by a guy from India.
