245/35 R18 (winter) and 245/35 R19 (Summer) Square Setups question

Hi everyone,
I know that this is another tire size question, but I am going to invest in new rims and tires this winter and can't figure out what rim size to get. So here is what I would like to achieve:
The car is m140i xDrive 2017 model (if that matters) and is fitted with 225/35 R19 - front and 245/30 R19 - back summer tires at the moment. What I want to do is to get new set of wheels and put on them winter tires with size 245/35 (or maybe 40) R18 square setup, but don't want to put any spacers. So the question is what ET should I go for on 8j rim (planning on getting 8j rims?
The second question would be if I want to go to 245/35 R19 square setup during the summer will the front rub on 8j ET36 rim (that's what I have at the moment on front)?
I tried to find some information on the UK forums but it seems like people are very inactive there. I am hoping here I can find some answers .
If anyone experienced such setup, please share some info!

Take a look on mytyres for rims and winter tyres.
It's usual to fit narrower winter tyres for increased weight per sq cm for better traction.

There are two ETs listed, 35 and 42.

Also beware of insurance implications if you depart from BMWs recommended diameters for winter wheels.

Thanks a lot for the info, but what you have sent me is the recommended size of a tire on 8.5 inch rim (ET42 selected on the web page). I know what tires fit my rims and what tires I can put on the 8j and 8.5j rims, but I am wondering if I put the 245/35 at the front would the rub somewhere?
I am not a big fan of spacers and I know they will fix the issue , but I am doing this research in order to avoid spacers and get new 18 inch rims that will fit 245/35/r18 square on the car without poking out of the fender or rubbing on the inside.
Regarding the insurance, in my country that won't affect the insurance at all so I am not worried about it
