116d service schedule?

Hi we are looking at upgrading our older car to a newer f20.
I believe this takes a timing chain and a new one is around 80k miles. Is this correct?
Are these also oil changes every 2 years or annually?

My N13 engine car initially had 2 years and 30000 km schedule set in it's computer but at the first service it was changed to 15000 km and still 2 years without my consent. Those looking to buy a new (used, but in perfect condition) car for peanuts insist on oil change at 10000 km at most.

I don't know anything about diesel specifics.
