I always find it funny when people complain about the wealthy using tax loopholes to their advantage.

Who wouldnt? I don't know one person, regardless of their wealth, that doesnt try to maximize their credits and deductions.

Now, if you are someone who takes no deductions or credits and overpays your taxes because you love giving to the government, then I guess you can bring up how Elon doesnt do that.

I think most people who are capable of thought don't think "billionaires should voluntarily pay more," they usually think "our tax system should not be setup where someone could be worth $100B and pay zero in income taxes because we created a loophole where they can borrow against their wealth instead of taking income and then get a tax credit, effectively eliminating their burden when they do liquidate portions of stock to eventually pay those off."

But nevermind me, Im not an expert.

In truth, I guess no popcorn at the moment, but a rather nice take on the Amaretto sour where you add a splash of bourbon / whiskey. In my case, used a cinnamon whiskey that I wasn't otherwise going to drink and its turned out quite well.

He wanted to reshuffle the management deck. That’s about all I can see. Probably isn’t in it for the money. But I am confident he will find a way to make money on the deal.
