BMW Special Paint Colors

Has anyone had luck getting a special paint color on their car that wasn't on the BMW individual page?

Like available on another model and getting BMW to put it on the model your ordering?

I've tried existing, but not listed Laguna Seca Blue several times and they won't let me have it.
