If it’s an HK, my stepdad has a couple of those. F&X? F&N?? I think is the model of my stepdad's.. This one has a threaded barrel. Boy, is it loud!! Even outside, with my ears on, it had my right ear ringing. I didn't anticipate how loud it was going to be. The video of me firing this is even funnier.

Which M&P do you have? I daily CCW a M&P 2.0 & haven't had issues with jamming on either magazine (10+1 & 13+1). The larger mag is my primary since it has a comfy pinky extension.

I have the 2.0 The gun doesn't jam while firing, but while loading it, the stupid cheap stock magazines always get stuck. I could just replace the magazines, but why can't they make stock ones that actually work? I've never had that problem with any of my glocks' magazines.

I also am not a fan of the sandpaper grip it has. It doesn't feel comfortable in my hand. I have very soft palms. Holding that particular gun feels like when you pet a shark. Now, life or death of course I'll grab it and fire without worrying about the grip, but I prefer the smoothness of the Glocks. Just my opinion.

Hmm, I've never run into a jamming issue while loading either. I do like the rougher texture on the grips, but I also have mildly rough hands, so that works for me.

I don't have any Glocks myself, but have shot several friends/family members. None have them have felt "just right" in my hands, although they did shoot well.

if it's a threaded barrel on an HK, it's an HK45 Tactical (or someone just put in a threaded barrel)

The FNX 45 is a different company (FN) - comes with a threaded barrel and optic ready holes drilled etc.

<3 my HK (the widget makes the recoil as soft as a 9)...looking for an FNX nowadays

FNX 45! That's what it is. He also has HKs. I got them mixed up and combined the names. I clearly know zero about either pistol. lol

I'll stick to my Glocks.

Instead of what (or do you have extra capacity in between at the rear)?

Does anyone own or have any experience with the genesis gen 12 shotgun? Any weak spots or things to watch for?

Thinking maybe some of our service members may have used it or Moddie?

We have a deployment group buy right now for the M&P9 2.0. Haven't fired one, but I hear a lot of good about them. I'll be ordering one.

We also have a group buy for Atheris Rifles. Great reviews on them. Cant decide if I want a .223/5.56 SBR with 10.5" barrel, or if I want a 6.5 Grendel with 18" barrel. I'd love to have the SBR, but I've been wanting to build a long range rifle for a while now.

I currently have a standard DPMS 5.56 with a red dot and Lantac Dragon, and my CCW is an XD-S 9. The Dragon barks pretty good and breathes hella fire. I always warn the range safetys when I'm at the indoor range with it and make sure I'm at the last lane. The XD-S is a little small for my liking, doesn't feel good in the hand and jumps pretty good with how light it is and only having a 3in barrel.

I thought about an M&P2.0 and handled one at a shop but went with an APX Centurion instead. I enjoy shooting it along with my G17.5.

And I imagine it’s easy to conceal carry also.

Very.

Almost all of my friends own either the 43 or the 43X.
